About Thomas Trevino
Thomas Trevino is a Texas-based real estate investor, wholesale specialist, and the founder of Hermes Investment Services, with more than 10 years of hands-on real estate experience and over 20 years in estimating, project management, sales, and finance.
Before real estate, Thomas spent 17 years in turbomachinery and industrial estimating, pricing complex projects that involved specialized metallurgy for highly corrosive, high-acid, and high-caustic environments. He also spent roughly 12 years in cost planning, scheduling, and management for major industrial operations, including OxyChem, LyondellBasell, Shell, GE and Siemens. Along the way he managed 1000s of contractors and estimators and 31 salespeople, and worked daily with vendors and contractors on procurement, budgets, and project controls.
He brings that discipline to every deal: verify the numbers, understand the real scope of work, and get the right people involved early. Thomas works with investors, property owners, builders, rehabbers, contractors, and real estate professionals on residential, commercial, and land opportunities across Texas.
His core advisory includes off-market and wholesale deals, owner-finance and creatively structured transactions, cash-offer strategies, and investment property analysis (including BRRRR and DSCR scenarios). Thomas also coordinates rehab scoping, contractor bids, construction management, and maintains relationships with banks and private lenders to help qualified buyers secure practical financing solutions.
